GYMLEADER TAKES CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY
Gymleader demonstrated a "full court press" over Christmas when young Finn Alexander's basketball tower and backboard did not arrive in time for Christmas day. His Dad, Craig Alexander was not pleased and rightly so he let us know this with a 1 star rating on our company Facebook page.
To address the issue Nicole from Gymleader came into the office during closed Christmas break and chased the item up through our third party shipping supplier to get a result and the tower and backboard was finally delivered to its destination.
Gymleader made contact with Craig to sort out a surprise for his son Finn and present him with an official Sky City Breakers top signed by the entire 2017 team.
We thank the Alexander family for allowing us to present this gift for Finn and appreciate the re-ranking on our customer service efforts through our new rating on the company Facebook page.
