Gymleader New Zealand Limited manufactures and supplies its products and services under four brand names and collectively boasts a product range that covers more than 242 product lines for 24 different sporting codes.

Company History

Established over 40 years ago as Gymnastic Equipment Limited. The Company manufactured gymnastics apparatus, as well as general sports equipment for the local market. A flourishing business developed using the brand name 'Gymleader' since then, the Company has expanded through significant investment in plant and technology, and a commitment to ongoing research and development.

In 1998, it was decided to adopt the 'Gymleader' brand as the Company name with the product range having grown to include over 200 equipment items for 18 different sports along with made to order custom designed items.

Gymleader New Zealand Limited has enjoyed an impressive increase in production and in the year 2000 we proudly added the 'Sportmat' brand name and product designs to the range we manufacture.

With a product range having now grown to encompass over 242 product lines for 24 different sports codes, today Gymleader New Zealand Limited is New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of sports equipment and offer the country’s most comprehensive range of equipment along with a full appraisal and maintenance service.
